Visit from President Brigade to Bosnia and Herzegovina

Karsiyaka Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay was a guest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The son of the late Ahmet Kemal Baysak, Honorary Consul General of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Turkey, Atilla Baysak, Deputy Chairman of Karşıyaka Municipality Council and Head of the Balkan Desk, and Hasan Şehovic, President of the World Union of Bosnian and Herzegovina Immigrants, accompanied the Tugay.

Within the scope of the program, Mayor Tugay first visited the sister city of Karşıyaka, Zenica, and the Mayor, Fuad Kasumovic, in his office. At the meeting where cooperation messages were given, it was discussed that it was planned to design a square that symbolizes the friendship between Turkey-Bosnia and Herzegovina in the square where the municipality building is located, and that will feature Anatolian breezes, and the support that can be given to this work. After the meeting, the delegation made a short city tour and met with the Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton Amra Mehmedic at the fast-breaking dinner. Opportunities and works provided by the city of Zenica to foreign investors were discussed. It is planned to share the file they will prepare regarding the opportunities provided in the coming days with the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry and İzmir Chamber of Commerce industrialists, and to organize an economic forum with a business trip. 

THE BRIDGE OF FRIENDSHIP WILL BE STRENGTHEN

THE PLANETARIUM PROJECT WAS TALKED

A VISIT TO THE PRESIDENT
After the visit to Novi Grad, President Brigade and the accompanying delegation visited President Žejlko Komšić, Member of the Presidential Council, at the Presidential Office. During the visit where the political situations of the countries were also evaluated, the President was informed about the sister city visits. The President stated that he wanted to visit İzmir, which he loved very much, as soon as possible.

Afterwards, at the fast-breaking dinner organized with the participation of the Karşıyaka delegation, Stari Grad Mayor İbrahim Hadžibajrić, his private secretary, the speaker of the parliament and citizens of Sarajevo came together. After the fast-breaking dinner where 110 people met, Stari Grad Mayor İbrahim Hadžibajrić introduced the projects he realized and gave information. He described two separate monuments he plans to build.
