Karsiyaka Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay was a guest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within the scope of the program, Mayor Tugay first visited the sister city of Karşıyaka, Zenica, and the Mayor, Fuad Kasumovic, in his office.
