On Friday 17 November, the metro stations: Syntagma, Monastiraki, Megaro Mousikis, and Panepistimio will close at 14:00 and trains will pass through the above stations without stopping

There will be temporary traffic measures and changes in public transport routes in Athens on Friday due to the events marking the 50th anniversary since the 1973 Polytechnic uprising against the military junta then ruling Greece, on November 17, ANA reports.

Specifically, the Αthens Urban Transport Organisation (OASA) announced that there will be changes in the routes and departure stations of buses and trolleys around the Polytechnic and the center of Athens, depending on prevailing traffic conditions and the instructions of the Greek until Saturday, 18 November, at 06:00.
